Federal Employee Program, Medicare supplement home health billing changed

As of Jan. 1, 2005, home health care services for Federal Employee Program (FEP) and Medicare supplement members should be billed on the UB-92 claim form. Previously, FEP and Medicare supplement members receiving home health care services in Florida were required to bill on the CMS 1500.

Health care payment cards reduce bad debt, paperwork
