HIPAA-AS requires caller authentication

Publix changes self-administered injectables coverage

Wal-Mart benefits to be covered under BlueCard in 2004

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama will administer PPO health plan benefits and medical coverage for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. beginning Jan. 1, 2004.
