Members can now schedule Quest Diagnostic appointments through the online provider directory
The next time you order lab work for a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) member, you can simply refer them to our website to schedule an appointment with Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. This online capability is available through our online provider directory.
Our members can schedule their appointments by visiting www.bcbsfl.com, clicking Find a Doctor or Hospital on the left-hand side of our main page, then Quest Diagnostics on the right-hand side of the online provider directory page. This will take them directly to the Quest Diagnostics website, where they can find a Patient Service Center and schedule an appointment. This capability is also available through MyBlueServiceSM, a secure, members-only web portal.
