Have you recently joined our provider network(s), added a new line of business, added a physician to your practice or hired new staff? Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida has web-based orientation training that can help! The training is divided into sections so that users can take them at their convenience and own pace.

• Understanding the BlueCard^® Program

• Programs and Processes at a Glance

• Tips for Electronic Transactions

• Navigating Online Tools and Resources

• Self-Service Tools

To access the training, log on to our website at www.bcbsfl.com and click on the Physicians & Providers section. Under Tools & Resources, select Orientation & Online Training. The training presentations are available with or without audio. Estimated completion times range from 8 to 20 minutes.
