ERA now includes OBRA pricing for federal employee claims

During March, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) enhanced the 835 electronic remittance advice (ERA) for federal employees enrolled in the Blue Cross Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan. ERAs now show when claims are processed by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 (OBRA) pricing method. Previously, ERA's did not indicate when OBRA pricing was utilized.

The change is effective for claims processed after March 21, 2009.
